Initial information is used to assess identity, conflicts, legitimate purpose, capability, jurisdiction, security and whether a professional response is appropriate.
Legal basis and sensitive data
The applicable basis depends on the context and jurisdiction. Criminal-offence and other restricted categories are not intentionally collected through the public form. Any later processing requires a documented assessment.
Sharing
Access is limited to personnel or advisers necessary for intake, conflict, legal, compliance or security assessment. Information is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.
Retention
